Yes! I offer both in-person and online counselling sessions via secure video calls, making it easier for you to access support from the comfort of your home.

How long is a session, and how many will I need?

Sessions typically last 50 minutes. The number of sessions varies depending on your needs—some clients find relief in a few sessions, while others benefit from ongoing support.

How much do sessions cost?

Is everything I share confidential?

Yes, confidentiality is a top priority. What you share stays between us, except in cases where there is a legal or ethical duty to report (such as risk of harm to yourself or others).

How do I book a session?

What is your cancellation policy?

I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

No referral is needed! You can reach out directly to schedule your first session.

That's okay! Many clients come with complex or multiple concerns. We’ll work together to prioritize your needs and address each area at a pace that feels right for you.

How can I prepare for my first session?

No special preparation is needed. Just bring yourself, and perhaps think about the main issues you'd like to focus on. The first session is mainly about getting to know each other and setting goals.
